Returns & Exchanges
At Zooki, we want you to love your new style, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
